at Burning Man 2009

Step right up and behold Circus Metropolus Camp at Burning Man 2009. We'll be hosting one of Black Rock City's premier entertainment destinations this year, featuring dusk-til-dawn klownery, stiltery, live music, DJs, cabaret, carney sideshows, grab-ya-by-the-eyeballs art, and the Zenobia Blanca stilt limo, in and around our Klownge klown lounge, the EnHightened Beings' High Chair Stilt Bar, and the Circus Metropolus Midway (as seen at Sand by the Ton) - see photos and images below.

Circus Metropolus member camps include Circus Metropolus, The EnHightened Beings of Leisure, friends and fambly. Like most large camps -- particularly those on the Esplanade -- we collect camp dues from all members to facilitate the camp's existence: transportation, construction, entertaining, maintenance, etc. In our case, $100 makes you a Circus Metropolus member, and that means you'll enjoy:

- Immersion in one of the finest Burning Man camps on the playa
- Camping on the Esplanade
- In-camp, private showers (water not included)
- In-camp, private porta-potties
- 24/7 use of our private camp lounge
- The company of around 100 delicious, circused souls - performers, crew, family and friends
- Great shows, amusements and art in the comfort of your own front yard
- Performance and volunteer (bartending, midway operator, etc.) possibilities
